ATR 700A - Evidence-Based Practice in Athletic Training I

This course provides post-professional athletic training students with an introduction to concepts of evidence-based practice (EBP) for athletic trainers, including development of a clinical question, implementing the five-step EBP process, and critical appraisal of the evidence. Post-professional athletic training students will become critical consumers of the best available evidence in athletic training and related fields, and will develop their ability to apply the evidence while also considering their own clinical expertise and patient values.
