BIB 903 - Apologetics for the 21st Century

This course offers a survey of the main approaches used to explain and defend the Christian faith. Evidences supporting the veracity of Christian claims will be examined from science, history, archaeology and philosophy. Along with traditional apologetic approaches, approaches adatped to issues expresed in the 21st Century will be examined. Students will be prepared through a series of assignments to effectively address issues people commonly ask, or to teach a unit of study on the subject. Aligned with Common Core Standards for History/Social Studies.
