EDUC 914 - Differentiate With TechnologyCredits: 3 Learn how to use technology as a vehicle to creatively teach for the sucess of all students. This course provides a practical look at the theory, design, and implementation of differentiated instruction. Candidates will become conversant with information literacy, Web 2.0 tools, graphic organizer software, and presentation products. You will create and design a differentiated mini-unit, enhanced by technology and an interactive webquest or website. Projects are field-based, inquiry-oriented and based on ISTE best practices, the NETS standards, as well as the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards. Two texts are used, one for K-5, and one for grades above, with applicable content and strategies for their ages.
NOTE: Required textbooks must be purchased separately.
