Discover how to use hands-on materials, real-world problem-solving and playful activities to support number concepts while introducing students to the building blocks of Algebra. This ONLINE course will help you extend primary students' experiences with numbers through the use of patterning, number relationships, and graphing. Course activities include the design and development of Common Core lessons and activities to promote algebraic thinking in primary grades. Teachers may complete this course with or without students.
