Investigate virtual pattern blocks, geoboards, function machines and more. This online course will introduce teachers K - 12 to the world of virtual manipulatives. You will compare and contrast virtual manipulatives to traditional manipulatives and discover ways to integrate them into their standards-based mathematics instruction. You will become familiar with current research on the use of computer-based virtual manipulatives in the classroom.
