Whether you teach physical education, math, science, writing, history or any number of subjects, this course will help you to motivate your students to accomplish tasks as they are set before them. How many times have you heard a student complain about how running a mile, writing a research report or mastering algebraic problems will ever apply to life beyond school? For some students at some point in their educational journey, these tasks seem to have no application beyond the classroom. You will read about celebrities who describe how sports have helped them reach the top of their professions. Their stories demonstrate the value of applying lessons learned in all walks of life to the final path of becoming the best person possible.
