PE 138 - Weight Training

PE 138 provides students with an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of basic weightlifting exercises with an emphasis on individual customization and the opportunity to learn and become familiar with equipment in a safe environment. This course also provides students an opportunity to be equipped with healthy lifestyle habits while learning a framework of exercises that will be useful for a lifetime of good health.
Graded Credit/No Credit. May not be audited. Repeatable for credit.
