PE 129 - Circuit TrainingCredits 1 This class will introduce the student to the benefits of flexibility, strength-building and cardiovascular exercises, set to music, and performed in timed circuit stations. Many of these will be body-weight calisthenics, but will also include progressive stretching, aerobic and anaerobic training. Graded Credit/No Credit. May not be audited. Repeatable for credit.
