Successful leadership today relies heavily on a person's ability to effectively respond to and proactively drive change - in short, to be creative. This course examines the skills and mindsets needed for creative thinking and leadership. Creative Leadership addresses the essential need for creativity as a skill that must be developed. Students will explore strategies, tools and cases to help them hone their creative abilities and talents and employ these skills as a leader. In this course, students will learn to survive and thrive in an era of innovation and change.
