ART 130 - Typography I

Typography I is a study of design using basic letter forms, typographic development and hierarchy of information, major type families, characteristics, and typographic grids. Students will build skills for the art of type-setting, typographic layout, expressive typography and conceptual thinking. Through in class preparation and one-on-one help, it is expected that students will be challenged to broaden their knowledge of typography.
