NURS 740A - Thesis/Project Development3 Units The master's thesis/project is a scholarly experience that demonstrates an advanced level of knowledge and professional competence. This requirement is met by completing either a master's project or a thesis. Proposal and approval of a thesis/project topic, review of related literature and approval of a research design are addressed. By the end of this course, students will have developed the first three chapters of their thesis/project proposal and received approval from a faculty advisor to submit the proposal and IRB materials to the university for review and approval. Once the proposal is approved, the thesis/project process can be completed prior to graduation. Prerequisites: NURS 730 ; May not be audited; Students may take up to 3 semesters to complete the course.
