SW 421 - Becoming a Change Agent

Using a task-group process and the generalist social work methods, students take on the role of change agents to systematically identify a need, explore options and plan a change project. Interspersed with the project are a series of readings, lecture and discussions aimed at facilitating community development, social planning, social action, organizational development, social administration, social research and social policy.
