PMGT 430 - IT Project Management

Recommended prior coursework: BUS-448 In this course, students will expand on the concepts of project management and explore it through the lens of Information Technology projects. Students will learn how to properly assess which method of project management should be used in a variety of scenarios, make critical project management decisions based on quantitative and qualitative data, and think critically about several project management topics as evidenced by supporting recommended decisions supported by supported arguments. The successful student will effectively demonstrate the ability to develop a project plan, determine appropriate project management methodology per the situation, and discuss a variety of project management topics competently.
