ART 330 - Art and Religion

Provides an exploration of the relationship between art and creativity, and the God of the Christian religion. Students learn about human creativity as expressed through a variety of mediums and how it is a necessary part of God's story of redemption. Through the examination of examples of various art forms from the Christian faith and other beliefs, students will learn how the act of creating is God-given, and essential to human spiritual growth and flourishing.
