PPP 753 - Assessments in the Schools

This course teaches the school psychology student how to administer and score tests and assessments according to standard procedures, including developmental history, intelligence, cognitive processing, achievement, adaptive behavior, social-emotional, behavioral, and other relevant measures. This includes how to select appropriate assessments to address areas of suspected disability while considering the cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic context. Fifty hours of school site time is required as part of course.
