ART 345 - Advanced Studio Art

Recommended prior coursework: ART 126, ART 150, and ART 165. Students will pursue their own creative approach to art-making in order to achieve advanced technical skill in a medium of choice, explore their own unique style, and use critical methods including formalism, deconstructivism, cultural context, etc. to discuss meaning and quality in art. Beneficial for future professional artists, graphic designers, and educators as a means of providing experience and/or confidence in a particular art medium.
