Students of the graphic design major will become fluent in the visual language of today’s top marketing strategists and agencies. Students will learn how to think about, and execute, effective design with courses in color exploration, typography and mixed-media. The courses in this program provide opportunities to learn about strategic marketing, expanding creative innovation, digital artistic expression and real-world application. Students who choose to major in graphic design will leave the program with the skills, knowledge, and an award-winning portfolio that will make them valuable in the graphic design and marketing industries.
