Students will acquire knowledge and skills to be effective change agents by learning firstly to identify dysfunctional team attributes, secondly the value in a vision, and thirdly the steps needed to lead a team which can foster change. Students will also explore leadership styles which are effective in leading diverse populations and ability groups.
