Introduction to biological laboratory procedures including microscopic and introductory molecular techniques. Laboratory exercises in molecular biology, metabolism and physiology, structure, ecology, taxonomic groups, and examination of fresh and preserved animals, plants, and fungi, and computer aided measurements of human physiological parameters. This lab is a co-requisite of BIOL-100 and fulfills the general education laboratory requirement. Laboratory, 40 hours. Lab fee.
