LA 386 - Increasing Personal Effectiveness

Presents an approach to understanding one's effectiveness through a lens of grace. Interaction with faculty and students is collaborative with a focus on learning to reflect, share, dialogue, and present one's story and one's response to becoming more effective. The final project is a formation to start the journey of personal effectiveness--a response to a calling of living and being shaped by grace.
