Prepares students for leadership roles in their organizations, community and chosen professions. Provides students with the knowledge, skills and practical tools necessary to be a modern leader. Students study values-based leadership, as well as servant-based leadership and learn how to become an effective leader, how to motivate staff, how to implement mission and how to manage change.
