Recommended prior coursework: BUS-448 In this course, students will be introduced to the concept of the project management office and its place within an organization. Students will learn how to contribute to, as well as develop, a Project Management Office. In addition, students will learn the makeup of an effective PMO leader, contributor, and creator. The successful student will have a foundational understanding of developing a PMO, the purpose of such an activity, and how to align the PMO to the needs of the organization for success.
