ATH 928 - Core Body Training2 Units The core of the body is the center for strength and movement and acts as the foundation for the body. A strong core body will enhance overall health and performance related to movement and athletics. It will also help in injury prevention and protection of the spine. The course will provide participants the opportunity to learn strategies and training methodology related to core body strength and to develop and implement core body training programs. Center for Professional Development students only.
