KIN 451 - Exercise Programming for Fitness and PerformanceCredits: 3 Study of exercise techniques used for resistance training, speed and agility, and muscular flexibility. Additionally, exercise program design principles and guidelines for health and performance-fitness applications are addressed, including exercise adherence, safety, facilities and administration. Prerequisite: KIN-401 and KIN-401L. Corequisite: KIN-451L. May not be audited.
