In a world of increasingly interconnected economies, a degree with a global perspective gives graduates an extreme advantage. This unique MBA offers an innovative, practitioner-based business education designed to develop leaders with the highest business competencies, strong ethical standards, professional integrity and practical skills.
An MBA degree is a career accelerator, providing graduates greater managerial skills, a better understanding of businesses and organizations and increased salary potential. A hands-on, practical perspective combined with international field experience, the FPU MBA ensures that graduates are able to understand global business issues and how they affect local businesses.
Curriculum focuses on best practices as students build on their own foundational knowledge and benefit from faculty with practical experience. This program is locally focused and globally aware. Recognizing the opportunities in Central California, our graduates will be prepared to advance in their current workplace, or launch their entrepreneurial skills in a business of their own. The curriculum will challenge and inspire, integrating technology, hands-on projects, critical thinking and leadership from a Christian perspective.

•Letter of intent providing educational professional experience (1 paragraph) why candidate wants to complete program (1 paragraph) and professional goals (1 paragraph).
•Two current professional reference forms
•Completion of GRE, GMAT or MAT examination; exam waivers possible for a professional with 3 years of appropriate business / management experience
•Official Transcripts verifying BA/BS degree with minimum 3.0 GPA
•Letter of petition for students with a GPA under 3.0

Program Student Learning Outcomes
- Conduct scholarly inquiry through applied integration of foundational business processes that demonstrate global business perspectives and best business practices.

Analyze and design strategic approaches to drive change and innovation, team collaboration and accountability within business applications and organizational systems.

Evaluate unique needs and challenges of business opportunities and practices from a Christian perspective to construct their own philosophy of business ethics to guide decision making which includes value of diversity, inclusion, integrity, and ethical analysis.

Critically apply quantitative analytical tools and strategic frameworks to appraise business opportunities whether planning to start new business ventures or recommending changes to expand existing ventures, while adhering to ethical, legal, and regulatory expectations.
Program Length/Semester Starts
The Global MBA program starts in the Fall semester and the program may be completed in 20 months.
